BEDFORD MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, DEC. 20, 1901 Death Of Miss Hannah Campbell. Paoli, Ind., Dec. 18. Miss Hannah Campbell died today at the age of ninety-three years. She was perhaps the oldest woman in this county. She was born in Kentucky in 1808, and moved here in her early childhood. (Miss Campbell lived in Bedford from her early girlhood until some six or seven years ago. For many years she lived with her sister Betsy in West Bedford until the latter's death, when she went to Orange county. Ed. MAIL.)
BEDFORD WEEKLY MAIL BEDFORD, INDIANA FRIDAY, JANUARY 3, 1902 Miss Hannah Campbell died at the home of her nephew, Leander Dougherty, southeast of Paoli on Tuesday of last week, and was interred at Lick Creek on Wednesday. Her death was due to infirmities of old age, she being 93 years, 4 months and 16 days of age at the time of her death, probably the second oldest person in this township. She was a native of Kentucky, born there in 1808 but while young moved to Bedford, Ind., where she lived with her sister until her death five or ix years ago, when she came to Orange County and has since made her home with her nephew, Mr. Dougherty. -- Paoli Republican+ 7 M vi John Lyle Campbell was born on 1 Jan 1811.
