She was born June 29, 1944, in Havre, Mont., to James and Myla Brady. She was raised in Minot.
Survivors: sons, John, North Syracuse, N.Y., and James (Shannon), Liverpool; daughter, Tenille (Chris) DeSimone, Liverpool; mother, Myla Hicks, Minot; grandchildren, John, Nicholas, Andreana, Farrah, James, Anthony, Joseph and Little Hopper.
She was preceded in death by her father; and her sister, Janice Brady.
Funeral: Today, 9 a.m., in Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Liverpool.
Burial: Our Lady of Peace Cemetery, Clay, N.Y. (Maurer Funeral Home, Baldwinsville, N.Y.)

He was predeceased by his father, Amodio Terranova. Mr. Terranova is survived by his wife, Dolores Terranova of Liverpool; two sons, John A. Terranova Jr. of Syracuse and James A. Terranova of Liverpool; four daughters: Sharon Lehtonien of Auburn, Debra Anzalone of NH, Tenille DeSimone of Liverpool and Michell Gaumer of PA; two stepchildren, Richard T. Warner Jr. and Judithann A. Gloska, both of Syracuse; his mother, Adeline Terranova of Syracuse; two sisters, Concetta Ribsaman and Angie Terranova, both of Syracuse; 17 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.

Charles Thomas Arndt, 68, Minot formerly of Stanley, died Sunday, November 23, 2003, in a Minot nursing home, following a 2 ½ year battle with cancer.
Charles was born October 7, 1935, in Sykes Township, Mountrail County, rural Stanley, ND, the son of Carl and Marie (Blum) Arndt. While growing up he worked on the family farm and graduated from Stanley High School. Following high school he continued to work on the family farm.
Charles was once married to Janice Bradey. He was most recently employed at Sundre Sand and Gravel in Minot. He had previously been employed at Cenex and Foley Equipment, as a mechanic, both in Minot.
Charles enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also loved playing pool and darts and played in many tournaments. While growing up he was a member of the Future Farmers of America.
Survivors: Special friend, Eleanor Graupe, Minot; sons, Lloyd Arndt, Minot and Jason (Rachelle) Arndt, Fargo, and their daughters, Natya, and twin daughters, Kaylee and Kylee; daughter, Tenille (Chris) Desimone, New York State; brother, Richard (Karen) Arndt, Stanley, ND; sisters, Lillian (Stefen) Jastrzebski, Crosby, Caroline (Kenneth) Sadle, Nebraska, Angeline Maki, Watford City, Marily Bryant, rural Stanley, Esther (Raymond) Maki, Washington State, Doris (Jim) Walter, Stanley, Gloria (Walter Brit) Worley, Florida, and Laura Erber, Washington State; numerous nieces and nephews survive; three aunts, Edra, Gladys and Ieleen also survive. He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant son.

Retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer and aircraft mechanic Paul D. Roessler, 50, a former Anchorage resident, died May 10 of cancer at Richard L. Roudebush Veterans Administration Medical Center in Indianapolis. A funeral was held at Singleton and Herr Mortuary in Indianapolis. Interment was in Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Indianapolis. A wake was held at the Blue Fox Cocktail Lounge in Anchorage.
Mr. Roessler was born Oct. 14, 1940, in Indianapolis. He graduated from Southport High School in 1958 in Southport, Ind., and earned an airframe and engine associate degree in 1960 from Purdue University in West Lafayette, Ind. He came to Alaska as a helicopter mechanic on the trans-Alaska pipeline project when it began. He served 23 years in the U.S. Navy, retiring in 1981 with the rank of chief petty officer. He then worked as a bartender at the American Legion Post No. 28 and most recently, worked as a bartender at the Blue Fox Cocktail Lounge. According to his mother, he enjoyed life to the fullest. He was always willing to help people in need. Mr. Roessler was a member of Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge No. 1534, American Legion Post No. 28, and was an associate member-at-large of the Fleet Reserve Association.
He is survived by his parents, William and Margaret, and his brother, Albert, all of Indianapolis. Memorial contributions may be sent to the American Cancer Society, 8730 Commerce Park Place, Indianapolis 46268.
