For several years she has been the Food Supervisor for the Vetter and Memorial schools, Eatontown, the Conover Road School, Colts Neck, and Antoinides School, West Long Branch.
Surviving are her husband Jerry W.; two daughters Beth A. Boynton and Courtney, both at home; her parents, Mary "Cookie" Schaefer, Bradley Beach and Orville "Reb" Schaefer, Florida; four brothers, Michael Dean Schaefer and Keith Joseph Schaefer both of Bradley Beach, and Robert Ryan Schaefer and Thomas Drysdale, Jr., both of Neptune; three stepsisters Cindy, Tanya and Renee Schaefer, all of Florida; several aunts and uncles and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
